1. Качество системы, которым она обладает, если корректно выполняет все свои функции, свободна от намеренных или случайных несанкционированных манипуляций.
2. Состояние системы, в котором существует полная гарантия того, что при любых условиях компьютерная система базируется на логически завершенных аппаратных и программных средствах, обеспечивающих работу защитных механизмов, логическую корректность и достоверность операционной системы и целостность данных.

целостность системы
Принципиальная несводимость свойств системы к сумме свойств составляющих ее элементов и невыводимость из последних свойств целого; зависимость каждого элемента, его свойств и отношений в системе от его места, функций и т.д. внутри целого. В динамике это означает, что воздействие на один элемент системы (или некоторое их число) обязательно вызывает реакцию, изменение других элементов (динамическая целостность). Например, если планы предприятия увязаны в систему, то изменение задания по сбыту продукции влечет за собой корректировку заданий по снабжению, по труду, может быть — по капиталовложениям, по себестоимости и другим показателям.
